Reasons for taking up Taekwondo
I initially took up the martial art to learn a form of self defense, successfully obtain a black belt in Taekwondo and instil disciplinary values among other positive attributes. However, I resumed training after graduating due to the ever-growing love for the sport and community at Power Sport.
